I remember starting to pull hair as soon as I reached adolescence - mainly from my arms, and during certain periods also a bit from my head. At first it didn’t seem like something particularly harmful, but as I grew older, the phenomenon intensified. Growing up, the urge began to have a stronger effect, especially on my beard. That’s where an endless struggle began: I grow a beard, fight the urge to pull, give in to the pulling, shave, and start everything all over again.
This cycle became a frustrating routine that I’ve been living with for several years. After trying other approaches, I decided to also try the SoloUnoApp. I was surprised to discover that this is not just another superficial solution or one tip among many, but a system that deeply understands what I’m going through.
The app helps me stop—really think—and reconnect with what leads me to pull. It doesn’t judge and doesn’t “demand” that I stop immediately, but rather teaches me gradually to notice what I’m feeling, document my pattern, and begin to control it in a healthier way. Thanks to the app, I’m managing to regain some control. I have a place where I can observe my behavior without guilt, learn from it, and feel that I’m not alone. I’m still in the process, but its impact is very significant for me.
