I would like to share my personal experience after about two months of using SoloUno.
I came across SoloUno while scrolling through my feed on “X”.
I usually shy away from ads and ignore them, but something there was different. SoloUno inspired me to try to break the bad habit of nail biting—which I’ve had for about four decades (I’m 52).
Over the years I mainly experienced disappointment when attempting to quit biting. This time something else happened—something pulled me into the process and led me to achievements I had never known before, and within just a few days! I am now “forced” to trim my nails every week and hardly bite at all!
I highly recommend that anyone with a “bad” habit try this app and experience the enjoyable process of gaining control over behaviors, receiving feedback, and learning about the factors that enable the addiction—and later, the withdrawal from it.
