I Didn’t Pull My eyelashes for a Month!

A bit about my background - I have been pulling my eyelashes since elementary school until now (22).
Four Years of Struggle
There were long periods of remission, but when I enlisted it came back and flared up full-time for four consecutive years until now, during which I had completely bald eyelids.
I tried many methods, including a rehab app, which many of you probably know, and I didn’t really manage to find something that helped me.
Finding Something Different
After I discovered that we have a WhatsApp group with Zoom meetings, that’s actually how I found out about the SoloUno app and decided to give it a chance.
I’m happy to say that right now I’m more than a month without pulling, which is the longest I’ve had in the past four years.
The Power of Daily Tracking
It helped me a lot to manage daily tracking of my pulling habits in a very specific way - common triggers, fixed times when I pull, visual graphs that summarize and show me my pulling habits in front of my eyes, “challenges” that can be done, and especially the fact that you can connect with a user who has pulling habits similar to yours, or any user you want, and go through this process together.
Tracking Success Too
In addition, it turns out that I’m actually tracking even days without pulling - meaning the app also allows tracking habit-free days when there was no pulling at all.
In conclusion, I’ll take this opportunity to say thank you again, and if you haven’t tried it yet, I highly recommend giving it a chance.
